Once in a great while, an extraordinary Arabian mare graces the lives of her owners. Joe and Kim Orr are fortunate to now own one of the top show mares and broodmares of the breed, GHAZALA EL JAMAAL. 

GHAZALA EL JAMAAL's show career includes 2009 Australian National Champion Filly (she was the high scoring horse of the show), 2014 U.S. National Champion 6-7 Year Old Mare. Her success in the breeding barn eclipses her show ring triumphs-ALL of her foals who have competed have won major titles-at Scottsdale, at regional shows, and at the National level on two continents! She achieved the rare distinction of having three offspring win titles at the 2018 Scottsdale Show-a feat seldom achieved. She is the dam of THREE National Champions in halter-a feat achieved by just two *MARWAN AL SHAQAB daughters to date.

GHAZALA EL JAMAAL's very first foal is 2014 Australian National Champion Yearling Colt GHIANNI WP. He tragically died at age 2, but his only two surviving offspring both became National Champions-2017 New Zealand National Champion Yearling Filly CHELLEASON ENVY and 2018 New Zealand National Champion Junior Filly GHIANN. GHAZALA EL JAMAAL's second offspring is the 2017 New Zealand National Champion Mare CHELLEASON CROWN MARWANA.

GHAZALA EL JAMAAL's breeding career in the U.S.A. has been spectacular. Her first American born foal, GHEISHA, won two regional halter titles in 2017 and was subsequently sold to Palestine. Her daughter GHAZELLE WPI is the 2018 Scottsdale International Gold Champion Filly, defeating 69 other fillies for the title. Her son DOMYNO is the 2018 Scottsdale Signature Champion Yearling Colt (winning $30,000) and was just named Canadian National Champion Yearling Colt. A third daughter, ONE LOVE WPI, was second in the 2018 Scottsdale International Yearling Filly class.

A great show and broodmare must come from an exceptional heritage, and GHAZALA EL JAMAAL certainly has a world class pedigree. She represents the highly successful nick of *MARWAN AL SHAQAB on a daughter of *PARYS EL JAMAAL. She is thus a 3/4 sister to multiple National Champion Stallion and National Champion sire MARHAABAH and to U.S. Reserve National Champion Three Year Old Filly PATRICIAA.
